Euroradio 2010 – France Radio Club / Offshore Echo’s

France Radio Club and Offshore Echo's annual event commemorates the best of
offshore radio, with special guests and video presentations.

Euroradio 2010 takes place in Calais, France on Saturday 9 October,
at the Hotel Mercure* in the centre of Calais.

RAY ANDERSON

Ray has been involved behind the scenes of offshore radio since the early 70's with RNI
and also Atlantis/Caroline of course not forgetting  Laser Hot Hits 576

 

RICHARD THOMPSON (Buzby)

Richard - better known as Buzby - was a Deejay on Radio Caroline between 1978 and 1980

 

MARTIN FISHER

Martin Fisher was a Deejay/engineer on Radio Caroline between 1977 and 1979

 

IAN DAMON

Ian Damon was a DJ on the famous Radio London in the 60's

 

Our guests will be interviewed by PAUL GRAHAM and LUC DE GROOT

The event
Euroradio 2010 starts at 2.30pm local time, with a video presentation, looking at the best of offshore radio. Later in the afternoon, we’ll be talking to our special guests about their offshore radio experiences.  A French translation will be available.
The Offshore Echo's Boutique will be open during the event, featuring a wide range of offshore radio CD’s, DVD’s, Books and related merchandise.

Euroradio dinner
There will be a small reception, with aperitifs,  - where you can meet our guests and friends informally, in the evening, before the special Euroradio dinner. This takes place in the Café de Paris restaurant, close to the hotel.

Booking
Euroradio 2010 costs £40/45€ including dinner (price include wine, coffee and aperitifs), or just £9  for the afternoon (without dinner).
