Held in Calais in July 1999, the theme was the 25th anniversary of Offshore Echos and that of Radio Mi Amigo. Guest stars were Brian Anderson and Norman Barrington.

Euroradio 99 also saw the launch of a special edition CD - Caroline - The True Story 25 years on. This is a revamped and updated issue of the documentary LP produced by Norman Barrington.
